It's a 2020 Ram laramie 1500 with a hemi. I just searched the nhtsa website by vin and it shows "0 unrepaired recalls associated with this VIN."

I appreciate you posting the recall & I'm sure it will help out plenty of people. Unfortunately I recently purchased a 2020, and looks like it's not eligible.

I have a 2020 RAM and its doing the exact same thing. Why won't RAM cover this under a recall because this is definitely a safety issue. If RAM won't do anything about this is there some government agency I can report the problem to?

A blinker is without a doubt a safety issue. It is legally required to be manufactured with the vehicle and used while driving. The incorrect use or lack of using a blinker can and does cause accidents, this includes a malfunctioning blinker.
