New. And they are a different part number for 2025. The old ones will not work with the new electrical system.

Umm..I'm running a set of AMP steps on my 2025 Rebel. Installed them last month and they work perfect.

I did not get the pass thru harness so I can't comment on that part. I do know that on the OBDII install step i just connected the one yellow wire from the main control box to the the yellow wire on the OBDII connector. When I got done with my first attempt at install and the steps were working...

I just installed mine last weekend. The instructions say connect them to the blue wire with a white stripe and the tan wire. I didn't have a tan wire just a white wire. Verified with tech support that the white wire is correct. They are the 2 far right wires on the connector. Mine work great so...
