Actually just had this happen. They claimed the main fuse for the truck was blown, and only could be blown from hooking jumper cables/jump boxes up incorrectly. They replaced main fuse and both batteries, claiming both batteries were below 20% life.
Haven’t been seen yet. Just towed there yesterday. They said earliest they had was Tuesday. So we shall see. I’m seeing this is an on going issue. So no telling what they will say. And thanks!
I jump started once. Came back, and tried to start after running for well over an hour, nothing. All lights started flickering and eventually nothing inside the cab. Towed to dealership with only 3k miles on it.
Has anyone experienced not having any electrical power inside vehicle? Battery is showing 11.8v on voltmeter, but nothing inside cab. Aux battery is reading 2.6V.
