I had mine road-force balanced 3 times, 5 new tires and problem still exists...RAM service sucks!

I went through the same crap for a few months. Same issue, vibration. Had tires balanced 4 times was told once the tires were all bad. My dealer wouldn't do anything. Went to Goodyear and they said there was nothing wrong with the tire. They replaced them anyway. Brought it back to the dealer...

Good luck! I mentioned a few things to the service manager that I had researched. His response, "That is the problem with people looking up things on the internet, someone says this and someone says that and no one knows what they are talking about!" Guy was a jerk!

I've had this issue on my 2019 1500 classic. Had into a dealer and they rebalanced the tires with no change. Brought it to another RAM dealer and they once again Road Force balanced the tires and no change. Brought back and they said all 4 tires had flat spots on them and it was a Goodyear...
