    That's what I recall as well, but I don't know what is standard these days. Back then most vehicles had gear boxes and cross-over type steering.     I just sold two vehicles to Carvana, ended up being the easiest process I've ever done. Plus they gave me 2-3k over my best trade in offer on each vehicle, pushing them close to what I could get selling it my self, but without the time invested.

    Just want to add, if you do not have similar number of turns lock to lock, the outer tie rods are not evenly threaded down, or the rack and pinion is indexed wrong. Both of which can allow for a vehicle to be physically aligned at the tires, but off at the steering wheel.

    Maybe I am mis-remembering my mechanic days or misreading the post (or too drunk), but technically speaking your steering wheel position is irrelevant to your alignment. Yes, you can do some adjustments, (to the toe if I recall correctly) to give some minor movement in steering wheel position...

    Small rear view mirror is biggest issue so far. Coming from a 4th gen the mirror was slightly bigger. I get that you don't see much back there anyways because of the headrests on the rear seats, but I would still like to have the mirror give me a full view of the rear window.
