I'm having the same problem on my 2019 1500 Big Horn. Fuses are all good. The trailer works as should on my F-150 4-pin, but only getting one brake light/turn signal on the RAM, and no running lights, rear or side markers. I saw one guy had to have Dodge find a short in the harness of the truck...
Crutchfield sends adapters and vehicle specific instructions on just about all their products. With their tech support, it's worth an extra couple bucks over amazon.
Imposter - Did you replace all 4 door, dash corners and dash center with Infinity? What about the speakers in the back headliner? I have the alpine and I wish it got 15% louder. Crutchfield online says those 4ohm speakers actually may reduce overall loudness, but I'm not sure if that's a blanket...
