can this shutter assembly be eaisly removed? What does it cost to replace the assembly or put it back to original if I mess it up

Does this mod improve air flow for the AC heat exchanger also resulting in better AC performance aswell.

I have the same problem, hemi and 3.92 gears, and traction control didn't help. My rear tire was in some water left by a catering truck and when accelerated surprise- Just sat there and spun the tire, I was disapointed, I would rather have a Eaton or similar
