Possible Lifter Tick, Any thoughts?
I’ve tried 0W30, 5W30, and 0W40. The 0W40 seemed to work the best at Dissipating the noise, but it was still there.- Jeffy111Spen

Possible Lifter Tick, Any thoughts?
I joined this forum to see if anyone had this exact noise. My engine makes the same knocking noise, which is driving me crazy. The weird thing is that the noise will go away while idling if the truck is parked on an incline so the oil flows to the rear if the pan. I believe it’s an oiling...- Jeffy111Spen
