Enter the "You've got to be kidding me" entry. This is the FOURTH TIME my truck is DEAD! 1st time at dealer with dead battery: charged the battery and couldn't find anything wrong. 2nd time at dealer: replaced batter 3rd time at dealer: replaced shorted USB hub on console Battery once again...

    Dead Battery Poll

Every other vehicle I've had can go weeks, if not months without an issue. I have a summer car I leave in the garage over the winter and only start it two or three times during that time. My F-150 went several weeks without an issue...

    Dead Battery Poll

Dealer indicated a short in the USB Hub assembly that was always on, preventing the truck from completely shutting down/sleep mode. Really hoping it is fixed this time!

    Dead Battery Poll

I've been updated with a drain caused by the USB Hub. They have it on order and will be replacing that assembly. Fingers crossed... again.

    Dead Battery Poll

Yup, it's dead again! Just had it towed to the dealer for another round of no starting/dead battery. Repair try #3 on my NEW truck with 700 miles on it. There has to be an intermittent parasitic draw that is causing the battery to drain to nothing. My 2018 Ford F-150 sent me a text message and...

    Dead Battery Poll

    Dead Battery Poll

Cancel the "Now it is working and it was just the back up camera". Dead once again. Maybe 4 days sitting. Went to get in with the unlock on the key-fob and nothing. Batter back down to 4.8 volts. Dealer was terrible to work with (200 miles away and they said I would have to bring it back where...

    Dead Battery Poll

Following up after dealer service. It appears that the rear camera malfunctioned and it was thought that it was a constant load on the battery. They replaced the camera (not the battery to my dismay) and that seems to have resolved the issue (for now).

    Dead Battery Poll

Yup.. I've joined the club with only 302 miles on my new 2020 2500 Laramie. Dead battery (3 volts), jumped, ran with charging voltage showing at 14.5 - 15.0 volts while running for 45 minutes. Returned home and went to back into my driveway, switched it to reverse, and no cameras... the option...
