Go after market speakers and put them where you want, DSP, amp, ANC bypass, and save enough cash to buy the heaters for the seats, All done and you don't have to do the audio twice.
I got 3 inches in front with the Bilsteins (quad cab), 2" in the rear with the tuftruck springs and retain a 3/4" rake that doesn't squat with a trailer. My folks were really surprised at the ride comfort, they have a gen 4 Ram. I only had a 1 3/4" rake to start with and had to lift the front...
Maybe they thought you were lifting the rear? Going from my standard springs to the tuftruck gave me 2" and I've had no problems with the shocks. As you said I read they are good for 2"
I think #4 may push you over 2". there are a lot of threads here with folks reporting on what they got with the Bilsteins and the ORP springs. I would put whatever you tow on the back now and then check the difference and see how high you want the front up from there.
New 5100s yes use the perches that come with them. I pulled one off my factory shock and it looks to be the same thing but I would defiantly use what comes with the shock. Check the chart that comes with it, if you want to increase the height up front you should be limited to the bottom 5...
Yes, and it will not lower the truck. the springs hold up the truck. the Bilsteins are good for a 0-2" lift and I assume the Rebel is using the ORP springs which are 1" taller than average.
I actually prefer the concentrate as it's cheaper per diluted gallon though not as convenient as you said. But when flushing the cooling system out its a must because you won't be able to evacuate all the water before adding the mix.
LOL, good luck, i would recommend taking careful measurements of where you are now, and where you want to go. Also measure from the center of the wheel to the fenderwell, not from the ground, because the ground distance changes with the tires. and yes, no trouble adding a spacer to the rear if...
Yes, I got 3" on the front, its been some time now and no settling yet. bilstein says #7 will net 2.7" so mileage varys a little. .
1) new control arms for sure, probably for 2" and up. stock ones will fail over time. Mopar makes an inexpensive control arm for height increases, I went with...
On my '21 Bighorn my factory rake was maybe 1 3/4 I went with my factory springs on the 5100s setting 7 which gave me 3" and went with the tufftruck 1 1/2" rear springs which gave me 2". I maintain a 3/4" rake. In your situation I would be nose high with a 1" spring in the rear. I would...
