Pulled the fuse - reset the connection and all is well again. I will use this forum to sort of keep track of the timing on it. 41 days last time and I think I reset it again on 1/24. Let the countdown begin! :)

Lovely. Mid day the symptom returned. I was using it before lunch. Here's how to perform a soft reset: Put your vehicle in park and ensure that it is in “Run” mode. Press and hold both the volume and turner knob buttons simultaneously. Hold down the knobs for roughly 10-20 seconds. A screen should flash with your vehicle's brand name, then go dark once more.

My issue is technically 'resolved' and WIFI is working after the F44 fuse pull. I would love to help RAM and AT&T fix their issues but I don't want to be the Guinea pig! :) I avoided the battery disconnect only because so may other 'things' didn't need to be reset. :)

I held them for 20 seconds (both buttons at the same time) and upon release, the unit reboots.

I like the fuse pull better (personally) than battery trick for 24 hours but that certainly is likely more accessible than removing that panel and pulling the fuse. : ) Another great suggestion though and I appreciate it a lot!!

PULLING THE FUSE WORKED! I removed the two 7mm bolts form the panel under the steering wheel and pulled that out enough to get my puller in there. F44 on the right was the 'Radio' fuse as indicated in the Owners manual. I pulled it out for 200 seconds (no reason for that number other than it w...

It was interesting that I posted this same rant on an AT&T support page and it was up for about 8-12 hours before being marked as 'private' so their support could interact with me directly and be more helpful...

The soft reset did reboot the head unit but did not correct the hotspot issue. the good news is I learned something I didn't know before! Thank you for that!

I will try this as well as a fuse pull... I will try this first as a 'least evasive' attempt. Much appreciated. I will report back!
