3rd brake light warranty extended in US.

Water leaks!
My 2019 2500 (no sunroof) just developed a roof leak. Never had a problem before now. Is the 3rd brake light seal the most likely culprit? Surprising problem on such an expensive and relatively new vehicle. Sounds like Ram is little help? My local dealer is not very good so I am hesitant to...- jddirk
