Is oil in intercooler normal? Also turbo whistleing more than it used to.

Do your think your bearing in your turbo is failing with a high pitch scream? I know this is a different application but my isx Cummins in my highway truck started to make a higher whining noise and the turbo bearing was shot and turbo failed. Oil leak from your oil line that goes to the...

The 12 screen does it automatically. I believe the smaller on does not and needs a programmer

Actually not true. Is all thru gps on the truck. It calibrates it automatically. I used a gps app on my iPhone when I first did the tires and the Speedo was off. Truck calibrated itself actually thru it’s satalite gps. iPhone and speedo are exactly the same now.

I’m about at that 10000kms now. What about your def fluid usage? I find mine is using way too much. I will burn close to 80+ litres of urea in 10000kms. My 17 super duty maybe use 40litres in 10000kms and that’s pulling a trailer mostly

    Ecodiesel and extreme cold

I live in western Canada. Had the truck in -40c, -40f temps with no weather front. It heats up to running temp, no gelling of fuel, all your doing is putting a bandaid on a bandaid. To each your own. Some people aren’t aware they have active shutters in the rads now. All I was stating

These trucks come with active grill shutters they don’t need winter fronts anymore
