I like to keep my hand at 12 a lot, which is on the "wood". It is really uncomfortable in my hand after a few mins. I just don't like it at all. On short drives it's fine, but most of my driving is 30+ mins each way.

I can't stand the Limited steering wheel with the fake wood. I mean I HATE it. It's soooooo uncomfortable in your hand, and it gets super hot in the sun. Need to find some type of leather wrap for that part. I really like the leather on the rest of it compared to the Laramie fake leather...

FWIW, I can not stand the wood (hard plastic) from 10-2 o'clock on my Limited steering wheel. I'm desperately trying to find a decent leather wrap for this part. It is REALLY uncomfortably in your hand and gets hot as S%$t in the sun. It's the worst part of my RAM.

Thanks for the info. The dealership that I bought it from, which is 2.5 hours away (not my local dealer that refused to help) is stepping up and getting it fixed. They even brought me a loaner to drive. A shout out to Marthaler CJDR in Worthington MN!

I’ve got General Grabber APT in the stock size. They are quiet and ride well. I will be going bigger for my next tire though, and more aggressive. Likely KO2’s.
