Sounds like his just won’t start. Mine throws codes and check engine lights right at 4500 rpm’s. The code that won’t clear is a cam sensor code. Diagnostic tree states to replace PCM.

That makes sense. I was just told, and assumed if it was the same year, model, and options, it could be swapped for diagnostic purposes....

Good luck. I've had a PCM on order for my RHO since 2/3. I think there are currently 130+ on order and I'm told I am #8 on the list. Ram Cares won't even call me back. My case manager hasn't picked his phone up since 2/10. I call daily for updates. The parts ETA pushes back 3 days, every 3 days...

I understand how Dealerships work. I used to call other dealers all the time and ask if they would sell me parts. My issue is dealers don't even try that anymore. Just order and wait.
