Unfortunately I had to get my phone replaced because one of the charging pins was damaged. But it works great now and I absolutely love the apple CarPlay
I’m thinking it’s gonna have to go back into the dealership. The usb is charging but it’s not showing as something is plugged into it. Kinda sucks but I’ve bought new apple certified usb cables. “A” cable and “C” cable, neither worked. Tried plugging my wife’s phone into it and that didn’t...
Yea I’ve enabled it on my phone and that won’t connect either. I’ve tried all 3 of the USB ports and that didn’t work either. The truck has CarPlay capability but just doesn’t like to work. I’m trying to avoid a trip back to the dealership if I can help it. Thank you for your response.
I’m having trouble getting the apple CarPlay to work. I’ve done everything correctly, used the correct apple certified cord but it doesn’t want to work. I have the Uconnect 4c w/o Nav in my 2019 ram 1500 bighorn. Any help would be appreciated.
