What does that mean “even on a sold order”? I ordered mine last month with this feature

I built my Laramie with the Level 2 and Advanced Safety and it includes the HK sound system. I just re-built it again to make sure and it clearly states the 19 speaker HK system is included. I can't find the Ram Charger though.
