I didn’t like the look with the pillars. It’s not the standard vinyl wrap, it’s black Expel PPF. I paid an extra $350 when they weee doing the rest of the truck.

No setting that I have ever seen, the knobs will control whatever is taking at that moment.

That is normal and a safety feature. During the day the map has a white background which could interfere with night vision when dark out, so when the lights go on the map switches to a black background.

The USB ports under the display stay on for one hour after the ignition is turned off so you can continue charging something if needed. The one in the center counsel and the back seat should turn off with the truck off. The 12v on the dash is switchable at the fuse box.

Mine has been acting up, more like a reverse speed adjust. Normally when you drive faster the volume should increase; lately when I go to a drive thru and I come to a stop, the volume increases. Then when I go to lower the volume, a single click/turn, the volume returns to low.

Now I’m curious, will have to check it out.

I had the Car2Play for 2 months, no issues. Gave it to a friend who was going on a road trip and ordered a Carlinkit v3.0 as a replacement. Fingers crossed that its just a good. As a side-note, doesn't anyone know anything about the Carlinkit Mini? Cant tell if it is newer or better than the v3.0.
