Hi, Second time I lost the presets and profile. I have the key fob programmed to the user. I have the user profile setup and it last about a month then disappears. Very Annoying for the price of the equipment. They have had plenty of time to work the bugs out already. Waiting till Q4 seems like...- hdcvo2720
