Well, I went for it and had the ABS recall done, and so far everything is still working as intended. I did tell them I changed the ABS module, and the paperwork notes a mismatch. Fingers crossed, but seems to be good!!
I'm up for the recall, and still have my old ABS module. Seems like a pretty important recall to just skip, and what's to say the ABS/ACC module I swapped in doesn't need the recall too? I'm torn here on what the best path is here.
Any idea how these mods will be affected if the dealer does any software upgrades/recalls? I installed the Ram bed lights and had to re-enable them in Alpha, after a dealer visit for an update. I have the ESC recall pending, curious if it'll mess up my changes.
It looks like some have changed them out, and some haven't, but has anyone confirmed if I have to change my front, side facing park sensors(currently 6 in the front) when upgrading to the auto park feature?
