Att says it is a ram issue. Waiting on software. Now the Sirius guardian expired and caused my NAV to only search offline. Called ram and she knew nothing. Useless. One year Old. No more Wi-Fi hotspot and now I have to use an iPhone with google maps on a 75k truck.
