Yeah, it's actually to the point where I'm NOT considering that shop for any level/lift work if they have a fundamental disbelief. Everything I've researched boils down to "it's fine if you do it properly" (which I'm willing to pay for or otherwise invest towards).

I told the sales manager, Oscar, that I was going to pass on a vehicle marked up over MSRP. It's a shame really, because I usually buy the mfr extended warranty and other doo-dads that are pure profit for them. Whatever works for them I guess, but when dealers do that, I refuse to ever darken...
Just emailed Koons about a truck onsite, markup is 3750 over MSRP. Went back and forth in emails with the sales manager about the "WOW Price" and his only comment is "well, that's how it is nationwide now"
Yeah, Zito Media is what's left over from the family enterprises. Nice people, even though the one son used to run through the women in town like nothing. I will say though, if you like outdoors/hunting/fishing, Potter is the place to be.
