Looks like I should have started on this thread. ( New member) I am having the same step issues with my new 2020 limited so FCA has not fixed the software yet. My dealer said they never heard of this problem. ( TYPICAL dealer responce) so until they upgrade the software I will wait until the...

I have read about several different trucks with this issue. Was just wondering if anyone found the fix ? As it stands now I am waiting until the steps retract before I start the engine. So far so good. I guess the signals are getting twisted up. I would think they would have a software update???
