I hand calc’d my Laramie for about 10k miles. I noticed no difference in 87/89/92 octane. I averaged 17.5 with all my driving over those 10k miles. Worst tank ever was about 9 when I went about half a tank on trips all less than 5 miles each direction. I can get low 20s when doing 50-60 mph...
For what it's worth, I went online and found the list of dealers with their top service award. I went to one of those and they're working with Ram to try to fix my cracked rear window frame under "good will". My 2019 is out of the factory 3 year warranty but has 25k miles on it.
Glad I stumbled upon this thread. I just bought a 2019 Laramie and used remote start for the first time this morning and it was 43 degrees. I was like how the heck do I get the heated seats and steering wheel to come on!?
