So I just got mine and did the update. Working flawlessly. Only annoying thing to me is that wireless CarPlay uses WiFi. Once I connect I can’t connect to the trucks built-in WiFi which is usually what I use when I drive. Oh well. I’d rather the wireless CarPlay I guess. Also something to note...
You should be fine. I sit on jobsites all day long with my truck in ACC, radio on and WiFi on and have never had an issue starting it. Mine is on sometimes upwards of 5-6 hours.
That was because the Tazer will remember the last setting when the truck restarts. You had it on when you turned off the truck via the key so it remembered it. Then you drove and turned it back off BUT etorque shut off the motor at a stop and when it restarted the Tazer turned it on again...
The Curt will do reverse. You just got the wrong one. They make a few different adapters. The Putco one is specifically for their lightbars I believe but don’t quote me on that!
when you go into NAV and search in the top bar.... can you take a pic of that screen. there should be a symbol for cellular data. ours have a circle around them with a slash though it meaning its not live data. then when you search it says offline. the newer software is supposed to make that...
It will remember what setting you had it on prior. You turned it off and then your etourqe kicked on making the Tazer remember it in the off position. now when you start your truck it will always go to off. even if you turn it back on while running, if the etourqe stops the motor it will go...
