The Fiat dealer is indeed part of the Stellantis Group, nevertheless the knowledge of RAM electronics is limited. I didn't ask yet but I doubt if they can program a BCM.

Well maybe that wasn't clear but I'm living in The Netherlands and the dealership you mentioned is non existing here. Grey import is bringing them into the Country and there are garages that have some knowledge about the RAM trucks, but specialists are very difficult to find or non-existent...

Yes, I took that in account. The BCM can be used on multiple generations of trucks and what I learned is that after 2016 Stellantis blocked acces through the OBD port. The solution to that is using the split harness or buy a prescription that gives acces.
