I am in the 5.7 Hemi. The issue I would see is the intercooler on the ED being too low and being a contact point. Unless you added an aftermarket skid perhaps?

When you pull the stock box out, do a side by side. Its impressive how massive the S&B truly is.

The weather dropped horribly, so I haven't had a chance to fully appreciate it yet. However, even with my truck straight-piped it has made it sound so much better. I have the same issue with mine. It only happens when you are on the threshold of being in ECO mode. right as the cylinders are shutting down. I too have a rental BH at the moment and there is no issue with this one. Apparently the dealer has an ECM update that is supposed to combat this, but...

The only "issue" it has will be the fog code will register, but it does not throw anything on the dash.

When I first swapped my bumper on my BigHorn, I used the factory wiring to power my Rigid pods. Just cut the ends off of the factory harness and swapped them with the ends from the Rigid harness. Easy and simple. What I did not like, was the fogs turning on when you turned the wheels as it was...

If you are looking on the used market, the soft roll covers for the short box F-150s also fits our trucks with the short box. Best $20 experiment I have done on this truck.
