Block heater installation instructions

Heated Steering Wheel Temp
Did you have any issues with the heated steering wheel turning on for about 2-3 seconds then turning back off? Ever since i changed the setting in alfaobd it won't consistently work. I tried to load the original file and still no luck.- Florotory
