Although I think it’s more a knocking or clicking noise.

Sound just came back! Will lube the seal with 3-in-1 rubber seal conditioner. And take it to the dealer again if no good results…

I did the calibration myself and so far have not noticed the problem again. I cleaned all seals and sprayed silicone sprays around.

i asume this has to be done all around the seal including the side and front ?

Its like the moving part is loose. Like there is not enough tension or pull to keep it from rattling

Hello. Where did you exactly sprayed? Between the two pieces of glass or around were the seal joins the metal? any picture would be very helpful. I have this issue whit my brand new Backcountry.
