Thank you, OP for this post. I was troubleshooting my boat trailer with no parking lights. Only had turn & brake. Using a tester at the back of the truck 4 pin (no trailer attached), I could verify it was the fuse. Swapped 20 amp fuses in the engine bay (F08 and F12 I believe...) and everything...
Yes, it was. The dealership sent the vehicle to a local place for detailing/cleaning. Stains are gone and no more leaks after the third brake light was replaced. Kudos to RamCares on this forum. I was treated like a king.
Well, here I am a year later and I now see that I have stains on both sides of my headliner in the back. I scheduled an appointment and took the truck to the local dealership. I also contact Rob @RamCares (on this forum). The dealership replaced the gasket around the third brake light and made...
Been searching the forum for this issue, due to a strong coolant smell at the front of the vehicle while idling in my driveway this morning. I pulled the truck out of the garage so I could load up things to haul away from the house. Being winter time and not daily driving the vehicle, I started...
Interesting post. I had a recent few rough starts with my 2020 Ram1500 5.7L, with 23k miles. I came here to look, and found posts regarding purge valve issues, etc… I had to buy low octane fuel prior to this tank. I’m guessing the fuel quality is the issue, and need to try another station and...
I was going to get the same tire, but got a better deal on Goodyear Duratracs. I’m familiar with these tires, and the specs suit my desires. Same size.
Glad you got what you wanted, in time for the winter weather!
My 2020 has no leaks. I even removed the light housing to make sure there was no problem area, and checked the insulation for compression, or improper installation. No faults found here. Probably just a bad day for that particular worker that caused the issues for the ones that experienced...
I just installed Goodyear Duratracs (275/70/18) on my stock rims, and added 400 lbs of weight in the back of the bed. I had no problem getting around with the 6 inches of snow we got last week. Not as fun as my Jeep, but I traveled with no issues.
I was going to buy the Falken Wildpeak like...
I sold my 2017 Jeep Wrangler Sahara with lots of upgrades (tires, suspension, etc..) for my Ram1500 Bighorn. I love the ride. I drive 300 miles each way to a farm, haul loaded trailers, on dirt roads that require 4wd when it’s wet or snow covered, etc... my truck can do a lot more than my Jeep...
HuskyLiners.com fits perfectly using existing three screws and adds an additional fourth on the inside of the wheel well. These are rated as one of the top choices on this forum. Does a great job of keeping mud off the vehicle.
Ah, I see what I did. I thought for certain I was comparing non-LT tires, but the 275/70/18 only comes in LT style for that size. Thanks for being kind in your reply. You’re right, I wasn’t making an accurate comparison. I rushed to post without accurately checking the information.
I am curious of this suggestion.
https://tiresize.com/tires/Falken/Wildpeak-AT3W-275-70R18.htm Runs at 60.8 lbs per tire.
https://tiresize.com/tires/Falken/Wildpeak-AT3W-275-65R18.htm Runs at 47.4 lbs per tire.
Will the extra weight per tire be a concern with gas mileage, unsprung weight...
