Sorry to hear. My experience has been pretty good. I don't know what happened here, but I would probably do the same thing. Good luck with the Bilsteins if you go that way.
There are struts for multiple lift hights. 2, 3.5, and 6. These are the two I'm talking about.
3.5 inch : Loaded Strut Pair | 3.5 Inch | Ram 1500 2WD/4WD (2019-2022)

Yeah, I bought a set of 1 in spacers for the back that I ended up returning. The camber gets really out of wack until you do the alignment riding on the outside edge of the tire. I am running about 1/2 inch of rake now that everything is settled in.

I have those struts. I am assuming you have done the alignment. mine was 1 inch higher than the back before the alignment. after the alignment I was dead even. Then after settling in for about 1k miles went back for a followup alignment(1 year alignment warranty) and am now 1/2 inch lower in...
I was going to say this. I believe mine are without the internal bump stops. I have read others on here complaining about the bump stops.
You didn't change anything else at the same time, like tires?
I live in a high hail area and have had my grand cherokee roof with pano replaced 3 times. the first 2 I had to go back for adjustments because of leaking. the last they nailed it first time.
I almost did not get it in the ram because of this. Needless to say I have the pano and don't regret...
