May have found the " open door noise " source....
I have the problem of wind noise top of passenger side window also. As mentioned, if you take your fingertips and pull in on top of window at top back corner, the noise stops. Also, after more researching, I found if you put climate control on recycling that will stop the noise. Seems to be an... -

Loud ventilated seat fan at start
I also have this problem when on high. It sometimes help turning it off and on.
