Just an update, dropped off the BCM at Upfix. They re-soldered all relays and cleaned up what they could. I picked it up a few days later, plugged it in, and everything is back to normal. Only $500 bucks bs 1500 from the dealer.
I’m dropping off the BCM next week Tuesday to be repaired. Should be a 24-48 hour turnaround for the repairs. I’ll post what it does after reinstalling.

I plan on doing this very thing tomorrow. I’m gong to clean the male/female connections with electronic contact cleaner. If this doesn’t work, to the BCM repair shop I go.
I am having the exact BCM issues from a botched window tint job. So did the dealer unhook and remove the BCM completely or just unclip the connectors and clean them out? I’ll try that before buying another one.
Thanks for the response and a replacing was my initial plan but after researching, I found Upfix who said they can repair a BCM with water intrusion and won’t require any reprogramming. I just wanted to gauge what the group thinks about this or if they’ve heard of such a thing?
