I think that's a solid choice. BDS makes a great lift and I'm with you on the 18" tire for more rubber. Only thing you have to watch out for is the tires. I wouldn't go any higher than a 10 ply tire or they'll ride like junk. I just did a 6" Zone in mine to save a few bucks over BDS (they're...
I've taken mine through the wash a few times with no major issues. That said, I did start to get some swirl marks and no longer use the car wash anymore. If it's real dirty, I'll bucket wash, but I typically use a waterless wash every other day. It seriously only takes about 15 minutes and...
OK4WD did a pretty nice photo shoot of my truck for their online garage. Much better pics than what I shared here:

Another dual liner fan here. Easy to install and the bed mat keeps anything in the bed from sliding around. My truck came with a spray in which I also like, but I still put a bed mat in. I feel like they also offer another level of noise isolation.
Watching this one as well. I just put 35s on mine and figured there's no way that would fit, but I would like to have a larger spare and wondering if anyone knows the largest size tire you can fit on the spare hanger.
For those that did have their speedo auto-calibrate, did you have to do anything with the navigation? For example, did you have to plug in an address and actually use the nav? My BH got lifted today and had 35s put on. I did about 20 miles on the highway and another 15 or so on country roads...
Lift finally got installed. Wheels are Hostile Alphas and tires are Nitto Ridge Graps 295/65/20. This is not a great picture but there's a dumpster taking up most of my driveway right now. I put about 30 miles on it after picking it up, and I would say the ride quality is somewhat stiffer...
5.7 Hemi, non e-torque with 3.92 gears here and I get 21+ on an all highway trip. I don't think you can ask for much more in a half ton truck. Of course that will change for me in the next 24 hours since the 6" Zone and 35s are getting installed as I write this.
My 2020 Bighorn is at the shop today and tomorrow for a 6" Zone install. I will post some pics later this week and let you know what the shop has to say about the install.
I have a 6" Zone on order through my local 4WD shop for my 2020. It's been about 3 weeks, but they're backed up with shipping due to COVID. As soon as mine is installed, I'll post some feedback and pictures.
