That is exactly the TSB number they said they performed. I figured they screwed something up but was given some BS answer that the radio was going bad and the new software had helped uncover it. Lol.
They called me this morning saying the new radio is on order and will be covered under warranty...
My 2019 Ram 8.4 UConnect screen has recently started freezing and restarting randomly. Took it into the dealership and they said they needed to update the software. They upadtated the software from a version in the 20’s to 39.6.0. Since the update, the navigation screen won’t load and my clock...
Truck was dropped off this morning. They stuck to their 3/24 window arrival date (a little surprised). They are going to replace the 3rd brake light and need to have an outside window company come do the rear glass (their techs remove the seats though). Has anyone else had it happen this way?

I noticed mine had the crack a while ago but was trying to avoid having another major repair to interior of my 50k truck as there were no noticeable leaks (I already had my headliner and sunroof ripped out last year for “sunroof seals being installed backwards”). Took it through the car wash...
I experienced this for the 3rd or 4th time today (since purchasing my truck just over a year ago). Get N Dirtys video is exactly what I’m experiencing. Switching inputs, toggling the park sense buttons, turning the truck off and on won’t make it go away. Had to leave my truck off for over an...
Readylift sent me a reply today. Here is what I got back from them:
"This kit does not require strut disassembly, meaning that the rubber isolator was already that way prior to the install. I personally would not worry about it if it were my truck, but you can always return the vehicle to the...
