Im in for the DIY if someone doesnt mind compiling all the data into a single thread. Been through every post and its a little confusing between people having the 1500 vs 2500 and specific options like power mirrors, etc...

I ended up ordering the 56046957AA from bamwholesaleparts.com and got it in about a week. I havent installed so cant confirm it works but others have and said it works with minor adjustments to the mounting position but functions fine otherwise.

Figured it was pretty involved similar to the ACC and lane assist but if it doesn't cost thousands to do I was considering it. Look forward to your experience with it @vincentw56 to see how you make out. Keep us updated. Thanks!

+1 on this. I got a BTS in ceramic and would either like to keep them if there's a way to drill them like mentioned or possible buy the handles unpainted? Anyone have any thoughts?? Thanks
