Mine broke last night. What a POS. When I removed it to see if I could pull a MacGyver, I could not believe how cheap it was!! Has anyone had any luck with them replacing it free of charge? Only have just under 3 years but 49k miles. I am sure they will pull the old "out of warranty" move!

If using the flash drive, can you use the screen to select artist and songs? Like the person that started this post... I had a 2017 Ram that I connected my 160GB iPod to and it was like a radio station-could scroll through my music on the Ran screen. My new 2019 shows like many have learned...

Does anyone else feel the Harman Kardon system is over-driving the bass? Even when I turn the bass down all the way, it seems like it is over-driving. My 2017 Ram Sport had the Alpine and is was nice!!! The HK will not go louder than highway noise with windows down. Not impressed at all...

I hear you! My 2017 was a pretty good truck, with no issues I remember. It was sadly totaled in an accident-not my fault. Of course I did get screwed on settlement!! Was looking forward to the new truck! ...Until all the issues too!!! Shame on FCA!!!!!!

He gave me the sheet-not in front of me. He said there were "no" codes related.

Got my iPhone XR before the new truck and it only has 64GB. My Classic was the 160GB. All those years of music......

So is there any other device out there that will allow you to use the truck screen besides Apple products? I of course can use my IPod with the aux cable-just can't use the screen like I did in my 2017 Ram. I know the Apple Touch should work, but not going to spend all that money for another...

I have used your comment too! I had a 2017 Ram that was totaled. My iPod Classic 160GB worked great in it! My salesman on my 2017 said they don't offer CD players. All makes are doing away with them as they are old technology. Bought my 2019 Ram never thinking about issues with my iPod...
