Update: I just got my truck back..... they swapped the part but didnt seem to fix the problem. Dealer is having to get a hold of Chrysler engineering so I am going to have to wait until after the new year. At least I have the truck back for the holidays.
I have the same problem 2020 1500 with 3k miles. I was told it is a bad bearing, and it is known problem. So far I had my steering column replaced, fixed the problem. Noise came back and getting the replacement steering column replaced. See how it goes after this.
