Grabbed a $6 USB tester off Amazon, and took some pictures for submittal to the dealership. Got some good help today at the dealership, showed them the pics, and the media hub was tested and replaced under warranty. The part number for those folks out of warranty is a 68272254AE Media Hub, and... -
