I test drove 5 other 5th gen all had horrible AC also. Went with the BiG Horn Classic 2019 They were blowing those trucks out at good prices. Financed an extra 3k and have AC out both vents at 40 degrees.

I traded my Tradesman 5th gen in at the end of the summer. Could not stand the horrible AC. Truck had 4000 miles on it. I lost 3k on trade in value for the 5th gen and 6 months of payments @ 200.00. Truck had a MSRP of 38K. New truck with working AC was worth every penny I lost on the trade in.

yep until you provide a temp reading from the vent in 100 degree outside temperature

Looks like your AC works well enough to keep you comfortable in your area. That's great and I am glad your happy but I highly doubt your AC performs any better than those of us that have issues.

I didn't even notice an issue till we had temperatures over 100. Its also the end of October I am sure your AC is working great. Some states are hotter than others. Depending where you live the AC may not big that big of an issue.

With out a doubt the sh***y AC. Temperatures over 100 degrees and the 5th gen sucks. 115 degrees forget it. Takes over 20 minutes to even attempt to cool down and even then it sucks.

Which part of AZ are you in? Phoenix had 27 days of 110 plus degrees this summer.

I am sure alot of us are tired of people posting mine blows ice cold AC and do not give any temp readings to support that statement

Are you taking the truck in for a 4th attempt at a fix? Using a different dealer this time? I think I remember you had an issue with the last dealer telling you it was fixed and take it else where

Everyone`s comfort level is different. Most members posting the temps coming out of vents show poor AC performance in these 5th gens.

What are you getting for tempature readings out of the driver and passenger side vents? Another member reports the AC in his 2020 sucks.
