Scored this 2020 4x4 Longhorn Hemi just this past January, with just 9,000 on the odometer. Traded my '17 1500 (also Hemi 4x4) with 45k + $24k. Floated the loan for six months - every intention of paying it off this month. She's all mine and just shy of 11k now.
Mods done... not much really...
I don't get why Mopar are so cagey about part numbers and pricing, and why everything you order is driven off your VIN ...but I beat the system. Is this unique to Dodge/RAM ...or Stellantis? I suspect not.
So I got a screaming deal on a 2020 RAM 1500 Longhorn with 9000 miles on it. Only...
Does auto-dimming feature require any additional wiring? If so what are the details of that additional wiring? If not, is it just a matter of turning on the feature in AlfaOBD?
It sounds like if you have a mirror that is already wired for auto-dimming, it should just plug into the door module...
Aha! Never mind, it showed up finally!

The passenger side one has been fine. The driver side one does buffet a bit in the wind at high speeds. I think it is that the hinge for the folding is not super tight. But they haven't been too bad.
I've figured out the trick to get the right replacement for your truck if you want to...
Ok, so I swapped out my tow mirrors for a set of Spec-D regular mirrors, and I'm much happier with these, as I now have a proper convex full mirror on the passenger side which makes seeing the blind spot much better.
However, these do not have the tilt-memory feature on them.
Does anyone...
It sounds like an amazing design! The question I have is - isn't that a lot of weight to have both batteries and v6 on-board. And how well does it really work in practice.
You still have the potential issue of the battery life. And can it run solely off the electricity generated by the v6...
My 2017 Sport had power folding mirrors, and they only worked about half the time (sometimes literally, only one side would fold...)
So on my new 2020, I'm going to switch to regular mirrors but not power folding.. But I'd like to do the blind spot monitor upgrade at some point.
