I don't see how anyone can loathe you; the most important thing here is you proved it is possible. Proving it is possible is the biggest revelation in the past year+ that this thread has been running. Now to figure out how to convince FCA to actually embrace this upgrade for all of us.

Is there a best way to contact the UConnect specialists? My dealer agrees it is a problem that needs to be fixed, but all they did was open a star case and haven't heard much more about it.
