this is now an offcial recall for 2025 rams, wagoner grand wagoner equipped with 3.0L gmet6 HO engine. got a letter today for the issue.
have had no issues since new hose installed in May now at 15000 kms with 11000 of the 15 pulling 26 foot 6000 lb travel trailer
read the manual as it states the type for SO or HO engine. warranty issues may occur if you don't use the right one.make sure you get notated invoice from service that indicates what oil is used
I looked up the oil and yes it looks wrong to me. I had my oil changed today sstho as well. they used synthetic oil part number 68523970ca ow40. 7 liters for a full change. filter 68466307ab. here's a link to the oil they used in my 2025 1500 sstho I would get your oil swapped out...
been having same kind of issues with our TT. 2022 imagine. connection check and tail lamp check on screen while towing. stopped and check all lights are on and working. in research am finding finding others with issues on 2025 1500. looks like Ram lowered the capacity of the trailer...
Fisrt off if she has a heavy foot make sure she has the HO truck pointed the right direction before she hits the pedal...this truck will take off on you very quickly...LOL
