I got my 2022 Rebel G/T with eTorque back yesterday with no resolution. The service tech said this was the first time they had ever seen that service code and had to call FCA engineering support. They seem to know there is a problem but there is no fix yet.
Picked up the 2019 bighorn today and dropped off the 2022 rebel. This is the work notes from the battery replacement on the bighorn. When they scanned the rebel, the only code it showed was something to the effect of "Internal combustion engine torque to low." They had never seen the code...
2019 etorque bighorn at the dealer now for this issue. They are replacing the hybrid battery system.
2022 Rebel G/T with 500 miles did it for the first time today….WTF!!
