Alright update to my issue. I contacted a dealer here about two weeks ago and the Service Manager got it replaced quick. I dropped it off on Thursday and I picked it up last night, I paid the $100 deductible. The dealer was Pearson Jeep/Ram and they did the right thing IMO.

I took my 2019 to Firestone and they said they couldn't align it because it was electronic steering? Took it the RAM dealer and no big deal and said the truck aligns like any other which made sense.

Hello Aaron, I had Custom Upholstery here in Richmond VA install front seat heaters in my 2019 Bighorn. They are great and the button is on the side of the seat in front of my seat controls. They have HIGH and LOW and OFF on the button and high gets really toasty :) Hope this helps !
