Update for my situation... Left it with my mechanic buddy after telling him my MPG took a hit and i thought i was hearing the Hemi Tick. He couldn't find anything with the manifold or exhaust in general as far as a leak goes and basically told me he thinks all is running fine and he didn't...

Gotcha, ya I didn't know to much about these things so i'm just trying to find the best possible fix so I dont have to deal with this issue again. I've seen a lot of ppl post about the BD Diesel manifolds too.

If it is a large crack it doesnt make a very loud ticking noise and my check engine light hasnt come on... Are the manifold "ticks" usually pretty faint?

Small additions were made today. Got the American flag installed on the back window and added a bed step i got off Amazon… hoping that at its cheaper price point, it’ll hold up like the 300$+ Amp bed step.
