Same damn problem here too. This his been an on going issue in addition the numerous uconnect problems. This truck has not been problem free for the 5k miles I've had it.

Or is there a website (even if it requires paying for access) that has a service manual for the replacement process?

Ufortunately I need to replace the whole thing, not just the cap. I've found videos like this one for the 2017 but... not sure the process would be tha same after looking at the door panels on my truck (2019 1500 Bighorn). Also anybody know the OEM part number for the while assembly?

Hi there. I'm new to the forum and this is my 1st post. I've done some searching on here but haven't seen any posts regarding the replacement process for the whole folding mirror assembly on the passenger side. Maybe I'm missing it somehow. Google only seems to provide for 2018 and older. Thanks...
