I have video also. When the tech drove my truck and couldn't hear anything, I plugged my phone into the truck and let him watch and listen. All he said was, "Damn, that's loud". No solution, no call back, nothing. I've had to purse help for months. Back to the shop in a couple hours.
Same issue with my 2019 for over 8 months now. I have yet another appointment at the dealership today after an FCA engineer asked me to come in again... This is completely ridiculous. It's a known problem and the noise cannot be replicated. FCA knows this yet it's our problem...
