I think thats just for SO trucks, anybody with a HO I have the AWE on my limited and it's not bad. some drone in sport mode around 3000 RPMs but in Auto cant hear it.. taking off it sounds pretty good haha. that with the s&b and JB4 the truck hauls pretty close to my TRX.
My limited hugs the line on drivers side as well! Makes me nervous it's going to smack mirrors with another! It yells at me very quickly about looking ahead when I look to change a station on my radio, gives me like 3 seconds.
not sure if he has but im still having the noise, haven't brought it in though for it haha... im hoping its a simple fix I dont want them ripping stuff out and in...
Any updates? I haven't had this happen in a while, but sometimes when its heavy rain or snow I will have blind spot issues pop up and front emergency braking system unavailable...
just an FYI Thats not correct, the owners manual states 91 octane or higher for the high output engines. 87 is safe for the standard output engines. I would do what the manual says... I love my limited if you have the money spend it on what you guys like
none that I am aware of... has only happened three times in the 6 months I have owned it now but still makes me nervous about future issues... they did do some ignition software update on my truck two weeks ago but im not sure if thats a fix for it or not... that was supposed to fix issue with...
They replaced both cats on my high output a week ago, so far seems to running great again, no lights or alerts popping up.. they also did some ignition software update improvements afraid to touch anything on this truck now haha.
