The dealer started with the filler neck on my 2019. Charged me for that work and it didn't work. You'd have thought they'd have tried to put gas in the truck after the fix. They ended up changing my tank 'under warranty' thank goodness. That fixed my issue.
Tank change fixed the issue. The dealer didn't charge for that service after charging me for the fuel neck. So, that's good, at least. Was nice to be able to fill the truck up again.
I just had a dealer replace the fuel neck first for just under $500. Of course that didn't work and now they're ordering a new tank. Was told the fuel neck wasn't covered under any warranty and yet to find out about the tank. We'll see. I had gotten on the mopar site and chatted with them and...
So frustrating. The safety part of it would be working the pump nozzle to try to get it to pump and end up spilling gas all over the place. Have done that multiple times onto my feet. :)
